Summer Program

Join us for one week, July 6-10, 2026 for student musicians who play a strings instrument. Full day students will participate in marimba, music theory and chorus classes. Half day option available.

Dates:

  • July 6-10, 2026

Hours & Location:

  • Full Day: Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm

  • Half Day: Monday through Friday, 9am - 12:30pm

  • NMSA (New Mexico School for the Arts)

Tuition:

  • $650* for full day.

  • $350* for half day.

    *plus NM sales tax - 8.19%

General Details:

  • All students must bring their own instrument.

  • Program is open to elementary, middle school, and high school students.

  • Classes are led by professional musicians and educators.

  • Full day students will participate in music theory , chorus and marimba classes in addition to string ensembles.

  • Half day students will participate in string ensemble only.

  • Both Full and Half day students will be taken on a field trip to tour the SF Opera House during the week.

  • Concert Friday from 3:00 - 4:00.

  • Students must bring their own snacks and lunch.

  • Please drop your child off promptly at 8:50am.
